We are proud to announce that RYTERNA Group has successfully completed an environmental audit and obtained EPD (Environmental Product Declarations) – environmental product declarations verified by independent experts.
WHAT IS AN EPD?
An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is an environmental declaration prepared in accordance with the international standard ISO 14025.
It provides objective, verified, and quantitative information about a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle – from raw material extraction, production, transportation, and use to end-of-life disposal.
An EPD is based on a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), which reveals how much the product:
• Consumes energy and resources,
• Generates CO₂ emissions,
• Produces waste,
• Affects water and air quality.
Each declaration is verified by an independent audit, ensuring that the data are reliable and comparable across different manufacturers.
HOW DO EPD DECLARATIONS BENEFIT RYTERNA GROUP?
Having verified EPD declarations gives RYTERNA several clear advantages:
1. Transparency and market trust – EPDs demonstrate that the company actively measures and manages the environmental impact of its products. This builds credibility among clients, partners, and designers.
